This extremely challenging home site provided incredible opportunities to create a unique project. The significant change in elevation across the site was technically demanding. Large boulder walls were built to settle the home into the hill. These provide great opportunities for dramatic water features to cascade down the site. An extensive terrace delivers commanding views of Baldy and Dollar Mountain. A custom hot tub with a cold plunge pool offers an intimate view and appears to start one of the streams. Stepping down to another intimate patio one finds a fire pit that was hand cut from large stones. Extensive outdoor lighting accentuates everything about this spectacular home and site. A custom motorized gate sets the stage for the dramatic revelations that greet you as you move through the home.
